Celebrate Easter!

I know Easter was officially two weeks ago but really as Christians every day we can celebrate the resurrection of Jesus! So, my friends at Bible study and the ladies at my church received these cute little baskets this past week. I hope they will be a reminder that every day is an Easter celebration!

I got the idea from the Paper Pixie. I used the largest framelit from the Lots of Labels framelits and then embossed it with the Basket Weave embossing folder. The sentiment is from SU! Little Cuties stamp set.

Cozy Cottages

I love this stamp set! Cozy Cottage a SU! hostess set from the current Occasions catalog. I used my SU! Blends to color these two cards. It was so fun and so relaxing. It will be fun to create more cards with this set. All the different colors I can use! Endless possibilities!!!

Balloon Celebration

Stampin' Up's Balloon Celebration stamp set and coordinating balloon punch is a fun bundle. I just punched the balloons for this card. I added a few stars that I punched. The card base is Dapper Demin with the coordinating ribbon.  Fun and easy!

Count My Blessings

There really are many benefits to counting your blessings, or gifts, as I like to call them. Even on the bad days remembering those special gifts God has given us can make life seem not so dark or difficult.

I used SU!'s Count My Blessings stamp set for this card. This stamp set was from the '17 Holiday Occasions catalog. It is no longer available. My wonderful friend who just happens to be my SU! demonstrator gave me this set. She is so good at knowing what sets I will love! I also used an old favorite stamp set, Gorgeous Grunge.

I used a technique from Pootles Papercrafts. Sam Donald did a video on this. It is titled "Spritzer Watercolor with Markers". You ink your stamp up with Stampin' Write markers, give it a spritz or two of water and stamp it onto watercolor paper.   The cardstock, DSP, and ink are Tranquil Tide.

Blessings,
Tracy
