Happy New Year!
Today's card is another fun one I enjoyed making and will be making several because I have so many friends who love to read!
I used Stories and Snuggles from Unity. I colored the focal image with Blends. The DSP is from Nature Walk (coming Jan. 6) and Country Lace (retired). It all went on a Night of Navy card base and I embellished with a few Hues of Blue Flowers. The sentiment was cut using a Textured Notes die.
What are you reading?! I am currently reading The Stolen Life of Colette Marceau by Kristin Harmel and listening to the audio book, The Book of Lost Friends by Lisa Wingate. Both are very good!

What a fun book card and one I intend to recreate live later today when I snuggle with my pupper to read. I love to start the new year off by rereading an old favorite, and this year it's Anne of Green Gables which is the book equivalent of wrapping up in a nice cozy blanket and enjoying a good chat with favorite people you haven't seen in too long. ReplyDeleteAlso, re: the photo, we did Thanksgiving with friends and one of the ADULTS refused to cooperate for a group picture, so for his Christmas present we enlarged just his face to 11x14 and framed it. The kids behaved better ;)
