A Shaped Card

 Happy Saturday!

I made a shaped card! I do believe this is a first for me. I have been wanting to but just never got around to it.

It was easy peasy! I also have been wanting to color these tulips from Mixed Florals since spring began and now here it is summer! It's never too late for tulips though!

I got my inspiration from the Moodboard at JUGS. All those beautful flowers! Although I don't think there is a tulip in the picture! lol!

And my color inspiration came from the As You See It challenge.

I used those colors and added a little Granny Apple Green to my Lemon Lime Twist because, you know how LLT is! IYKYK! The tulips are Melon Mambo but to me they look a bit red in the photograph. I want to color them in red next! lol!

Happy Stamping!

  3. Beautiful! I think the tulips look pink and LLT and GAG are siblings. The shaped card fits the image perfectly. Thanks for sharing this with us at As You See It. :-)

  6. Those Everyday Arches dies are a great way to tackle a shaped card and it looked wonderful with those beautiful tulips! You did such a masterful job with your shading, and I love the bit of Melon Mambo shading added to the sentiment! Thanks for using our palette here at As You See It!
