A Red, White and Blue Birthday!

Today's card is a sweet ice cream card using one of my favorite color combinations! Red, white and blue!



I used Stampin' Up's retired Cool Treats stamp set with the coordinating Frozen Treats dies. This has always been a favorite set of mine! I used Poppy Parade and Night of Navy along with Basic white. The scalloped rectangles are from the Scalloped Contours dies. I love those also! A few blue gems finish this 'cool' card!

We have a heat wave going on here where I live in Oregon! Hot, hot, hot! So some cool treats may be just the thing to have on one of these hot afternoons! I know staying cool and spending time in my studio is in the forecast!
