This week my projects are featuring the stamp set Brew Some Fun and the SALE-a-bration Peaceful Prints Designer Series Paper. SALE-a-bration goes through September 30 and this paper is available with a $50 purchase. There are many other SALE-a-bration items available to choose from so be sure to check them all out! Here's today's card:
I wanted to show how to use the DSP that appears to be mainly holiday-ish in a non-holiday way. What do you think?
Card Details:
- Card base 4-1/4" x 11" scored at 5-1/2" in Real Red
- DSP 4" x 5-1/4" adhere to card base
- Scalloped Contours dies use second largest scalloped rectangle. Cut out in Real Red
- Basic White 2-9/16" x 3-7/8" stamp coffee cup in Early Espresso. Using an Early Espresso Stampin' Write Marker make little dots to fill in white space. Adhere to scalloped rectangle.
- Stamp sentiment in Early Espresso masking the hearts and using a Real Red Stampin' Write marker on the hearts; use the Warm Wraps dies to cut. Cut a circle from Real Red using the Warm Wraps dies. Adhere sentiment.
- Cut a piece of Early Espresso 1/4" Faux Suede Trim; adhere to sentiment; adhere sentiment to card base using dimensionals.
Here is another one I did in a more masculine style.
The card base is Early Espresso. I flipped the DSP to the other side. I stamped my images on Very Vanilla and adhered the sentiment to a circle of Misty Moonlight. These cards don't look "holiday" to me! Have fun creating your holiday or not-so-holiday projects using the Peaceful Prints DSP!
Happy Stamping!
Tracy
